Devanner Profile: Chevy, who has been with us for three years now, and let us know how he gets the job done!
For Chevy, the best thing about working for us is our custom logistics app ProDevan. It makes accepting jobs easy, and manages our bonus system which he says has been a cool addition to Oak Tree recently.
Working alongside experienced crew members is what helps Chevy stay motivated day in and day out. He reckons the best container to devan is pet food as it pays well, doesn't take too long to unload.
His advice for anyone starting out in devanning is solid: “watch how the older workers work and ask why we do things the way we do. It's easier and faster when you know what to do and get used to it.”
